Here’s how
- Open Viral Shorts and paste a public YouTube URL you are authorized to download, edit, and publish.
- Choose the number of shorts, clip length, and style. Auto uses your available credits as an upper limit.
- Optionally add a personal ad and choose whether to keep the generated shorts. Confirm your source rights before Create shorts.
- Review the finished clips, then download or schedule each one.
How Auto and credits work
Auto can select up to 30 affordable high-quality clips; it is a maximum, not a promise that the source contains that many useful moments. The form shows the credits to reserve, and unused reserved credits are returned.
Processing can continue after you leave the screen. A recovery notification opens the specific saved job and its source URL without automatically starting another paid request.
Keep the clips you need
Choose Keep generated shorts in my library if you want to retain them. Otherwise published shorts are eligible for cleanup after 24 hours, and unused shorts after 30 days. Download important copies before cleanup.
A public URL is not proof of permission. Private, restricted, removed, or provider-blocked sources may fail to process.
