Fix interrupted work

Understand credit, connection, rendering, and publishing alerts—and control their emails.

Here’s how

  1. Open the bell or Notifications. Start with Needs attention.
  2. Read what happened and choose the primary action: Add credits, View plans, Reconnect, or review the affected work.
  3. Return to the saved agent, job, or post and check its status. Dismiss old video or post alerts to move them to History. Restore alert brings them back without retrying the work.
  4. Use email preferences to choose important work updates and optional credit reminders.

An alert is a pointer to the work

Reading an alert does not fix the underlying issue. Incidents resolve when their source state recovers, and a later recurrence can create a new episode. Checks run periodically, so a recovery may not appear immediately.

A failed-video link opens the saved request and shows when the attempt failed. Check video access tests current source availability without using credits, creating shorts, or publishing. Fireship manages the cloud media service; reconnecting social accounts or buying credits does not repair that service. A failed-post link opens the exact Calendar occurrence; retry only when its safe Retry action is available.

Prevent avoidable interruptions

Low-credit reminders link directly to top-up and plan choices. Emails do not buy credits or change a subscription when opened. The workspace owner's saved email preferences control delivery.

Adding credits does not fix an expired subscription or disconnected account. Upgrading can provide more capacity, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party service. Manually paused agents remain paused.
