Manage your workspace
Read your content analytics
Separate social-platform performance from the business results you record.

Here’s how
- Open Analytics and review the available connected-account and content metrics.
- Check the metric labels and update information before comparing performance.
- Open Results tracking when you want to connect an owned post with a tracked link and recorded leads or sales.
What the numbers mean
Social metrics depend on each provider's permissions, definitions, and update timing. A missing or unavailable metric is not proof that a post received zero activity. Different providers may define views and engagement differently.
Views and clicks are not sales. Results tracking is a separate workflow with approximate link visits and explicitly owner-recorded conversions. It does not automatically verify a purchase on an external store.
